Responsibilities:
Work with and follow instructions of the foreman Uphold the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction as well as the highest quality of workmanship Clean and maintain the job site Protect the client's property through the use of floor guards, plastic sheeting, and plywood shielding Check work along the way to ensure it's up to code and specifications Make sure all schedule benchmarks are hit and communicate with the Foreman when issues arise in the field that make those benchmarks unattainable.
Coordinate with Foreman when in need of tools and materials Maintain equipment and vehicles through pre-trip inspections and weekly cleaning Do final walkthroughs of finished jobs with the foreman Work with blueprints Work with materials such as concrete, Piers, framing, and earth Use levels, rules, plumb bobs, hand tools, pneumatic tools, hydraulic equipment, gauges, and power tools Work in crawlspaces Create structures for pouring concrete Understand how to load and haul equipment and trailers Move and utilize machinery and hydraulic lifting equipment
