Responsibilities:
- Manage the home office of our local small construction company, specializing in high-end remodel work -Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality - Receive, pay, log, and file invoices that come in - Keep job spreadsheets up to date on Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel - Compose emails to clients and subcontractors and respond to their emails per direction - Keep the office organized - Label job invoices with appropriate billing code and file in binder(s) accurately Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or manager - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency on computers in general, and especially in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel), Outlook email, and Google Calendar - Excellent typing skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented Note:
