Summary:
The Farm/barn Employee will be responsible for the daily operation of a small farm barn.
The position requires a person that is willing to feed and maintain four horses and do daily one additional chore.
This position requires knowledge of operation of small tractor, gator and lawn mower.
This is live-in employment with lovely furnished apartment all utilities and cable included, plus salary of about $800 a month, work totaling about 4 hours per day (2 in morning, 2 in evening).

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license - Ability to lift 35 pounds - Ability to work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold) - Ability to work in all positions in the barn (bale hay movement, stall maintenance, feeding and pasture turnout of horses,etc, Ability to pass a background check and drug test -Job includes lovely furnished apartment, utilities, cable - Seniors welcomed smoke free environment-
